5. Repair services of hair bijoux are available and appropriate charges will be incurred.

6. Should there be any mishaps to the said hair bijoux within 3 days after retrieval, after sale services are FOC. However, mishaps only include defects during the handmade process.

7. A l'ordre slip is required in the email order. Please copy and paste the one prepared and include it into the email.

8. Payment to be made within 2 days after confirmation. Method of payment to be enclosed in confirmation email.
